Information Officer
CaseThread is operated by Optimiz Solutions. Address the Information Officer at legal@casethread.co.za for any privacy, access or data-protection query.
Records we hold
Business and account records, billing records, and — as operator on behalf of practices — case records under each practice's control. Access to case records is directed to the responsible practice.
How to request access
Submit a request to the Information Officer with enough detail to identify the record and your right of access. We'll respond within the period PAIA prescribes.
Fees
Prescribed PAIA request and access fees may apply. [Counsel/IO to confirm the fee schedule.]
