Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use CaseThread on behalf of a practice, you confirm you're authorised to bind that practice.
The service
CaseThread is practice-management software for South African social-work practices. We may improve or change features over time.
Accounts & access
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the access you grant to team members. The practice owner administers the workspace.
Acceptable use
Use CaseThread lawfully and only for legitimate casework. Don't attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or misuse the service.
Fees & billing
Subscriptions are billed in ZAR per the plan you choose, after any free trial. Billing terms, renewals and cancellation are described at checkout and in Settings → Plan & billing.
Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and incident handling follow our operational process.
Liability

Termination
Either party may end the subscription per these terms. On termination your data is retained for a recovery window, then deleted per the retention schedule.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
